To really reap these wonderful benefits they say you should exercise 3-5 times a week with a variety of different exercises. You should incorporate cardio as well as weight training to have a well rounded physique. I will be making a Workout Wednesday post every Wednesday and you will be able to find it on the thread Most Recent Post. These posts will include anything and everything to do with exercise. So get your water bottle ready and lets get our sweat on!
